Most factories say they do OEM. Here is specifically what we do, what it costs you, and what we need from you to start.
You send drawings, a Pantone reference, a physical sample or a competitor product. We reverse-engineer, cost it, and reproduce it to your specification with your branding.
We need: reference sample or 2D artwork, target quantity, target landed cost, destination market.
You send a brief, a mood board, or a price point and a category. Our design team returns three costed concepts, normally within ten working days.
We need: category, target retail price, market, and any brand guidelines. Concepts developed for you are not shown to another buyer.

Three inspection points: incoming material, in-line at 30% and 70% of run, and pre-shipment AQL 2.5 general inspection level II — or your own AQL standard if you specify one.
You get a photo QC report before we book the container. If you use SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own agent, we will schedule around their booking at no charge.
Where most disputes actually come from: colour drift between sample and bulk, and carton drop damage in transit. We hold a signed-off colour master for every running SKU, and we drop-test the export carton before first shipment. If you have been burned before, tell us — we will show you those two things first.
